Is this a BPO?
No. We don't sell seats and we don't run a contact-centre floor. LIBA builds small, named pods that operate as part of your team, led by a LIBA team lead and accountable to defined outcomes.
What hours do your teams work?
AEST. Bali sits at GMT+8, which means your team is online for the full Australian working day — and an hour earlier if you need it.
How long until a pod is live?
Typically four to six weeks from signed engagement to a fully shadowed pod operating against your standard.
What does this cost?
We quote against scope, not seats. Pricing is shared on the scoping call once we understand the work, the systems and the standard you want held.
How do you protect our data?
All work runs on managed devices in your stack with SSO and least-privilege access. Full security overview available on request.
